Rhys
I’m a screen and media professional with over six years of freelance experience across photo and video.
My background includes several years working as a camera operator at 7 News, where I developed a strong eye for storytelling in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. This experience shaped my ability to capture moments as they happen, with accuracy, clarity, and intent.
Alongside news, I’ve worked across a range of productions including TV series such as Survivor and Big Brother, as well as corporate ads, commercials, and advertising and marketing content. These projects have given me a broad skill set, from structured production environments to more dynamic, on-the-ground shooting.
I’m especially drawn to capturing live moments, whether that’s music, events, or time in the ocean. My work focuses on being present in the moment, documenting things as they unfold with a clean, natural, and considered approach, while still aligning with the overall vision of each project.

I’m a marketing and content professional focused on creating clear, engaging, and purpose-driven work.
I studied Marketing in the UK, which built my foundation in strategy, branding, and communication. Since then, I’ve developed hands-on experience across social media management, digital campaigns, copywriting, and visual content creation. I work across formats, from photo, short-form video and graphics to long-form written pieces, always aiming to communicate ideas in a way that feels natural and resonates with the right audience.
Alongside my marketing work, I’m currently studying Environmental Science, which shapes how I approach storytelling, particularly in sustainability and conservation spaces. I’m interested in work that connects people with meaningful causes and makes complex topics accessible and engaging.
